This policy explains what happens to data when you visit this website and when you use the AgentHub desktop application for Windows.

1. Who we are

This website and the AgentHub application are operated by AgentHub, PO Box 8123, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@useagenthub.com.

2. This website

The website is a static landing page. It does not:

offer accounts, sign-up forms or comments;
run analytics or profiling scripts;
load scripts, fonts or styles from third-party servers, except the Google Ads tag described below.

All page logic runs in your browser. Nothing you type into the agent search field is sent anywhere: filtering happens locally, in the page.

Advertising. The page loads the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure which ads lead to downloads. It sets Google cookies, receives the page address and basic browser details, and reports the download event. It is the only third-party script on the site and it is not used for profiling beyond advertising measurement. An ad blocker can stop it without affecting the site or the download.

3. Downloads

When you download the installer, the request is handled by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, time, requested file) for security and abuse prevention. We do not build user profiles from these logs and do not combine them with anything else.

4. The application

The application runs locally on your computer. When you use an agent that works in the cloud, your prompts and files are sent directly to that agent's provider and are governed by that provider's own privacy policy. We do not proxy, store or read those conversations.

5. Third parties

The processors involved on our side are the hosting provider that serves this website and the installer, and Google for the advertising measurement described in section 2. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone else.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to its processing. Write to support@useagenthub.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The website and the application are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this website.
