These terms govern your use of this website and of the AgentHub desktop application for Windows. By downloading or using the application you accept them. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. Who we are

The website and the application are provided by AgentHub, PO Box 8123, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@useagenthub.com.

2. Licence

We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the installer, and you may not remove notices of ownership from it.

3. Third-party agents and trademarks

The application gives access to AI agents and services provided by third parties. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and may require your own account with them. We do not control their availability, pricing, outputs or content.

All product names, logos and brands shown on this website — including those of third-party agents — are the property of their respective owners. Their mention is descriptive only: AgentHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

4. Acceptable use

do not use the application for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
do not attempt to bypass its technical limits or the limits of third-party services;
do not distribute malware, spam or content that infringes the rights of others;
do not present the application as your own product.

5. Outputs of AI agents

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or biased results. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety matters. We provide the application, not professional advice.

6. Updates

We may release updates that fix bugs, add agents or change features. Some third-party agents may be added, changed or removed at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular agent or feature remains available.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the application are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption arising from your use of the website or the application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
